Joe DiLeo Back On The Road!


After taking a break from speaking & training I'm happy to say that Joe DiLeo is going back out to do what I love best----train & develop North America's top producing Realtors!

From 1999-2008 I had the privilege of speaking to tens of thousands of agents & brokers on how to increase personal & professional results.  I'm honored to say that I've coached some of the most amazing, prolific, integrity-driven professionals in the industry.

Listing & selling real estate is a vocation with huge potential & equally big obstacles.  To thrive requires much more than market acumen, negotiating skills & marketing savvy.  The Realtor is also responsible for generating the leads & appointments that will develop into lasting client relationships.  While it's true most who are drawn to a career in real estate possess great people skills, prospecting & lead generation is often a forgotten art.

All Realtors are salespeople first, and that means prospecting, setting appointment & securing referrals.  In today's most active markets advertising, mailing & personal promotion are big expenses that produce putrid results.
